Shipping cost for orders below 5,500 yen (approx. USD $55 @ $1=100 yen) will be calculated based on the actual shipping cost and will be presented to you prior to your purchase for confirmation.

All orders will be shipped from Japan using Japan Post’s EMS service with tracking.

How To Place An Order

As our website is currently under construction to allow viewing and ordering in English, in the meantime, please send all inquiries to store@harvestcorp.co.jp. We will reply to you within 1-3 business days.

If there is a specific item that you wish to inquire and/or purchase, please send us the link to the product page or the item number, which starts with two or three letters followed by 4 digits. Example: (商品番号=SKU# )HB-0426, VZQ-7166 etc.

If you wish to make a purchase, we will send you a PayPal link via email. So please use an email linked to your Paypal account. Or, our customer service team can walk you through our checkout platform via our Japanese website.

Your order will be shipped via Japan Post (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/index_en.html), where you will be able to track your package using the tracking # we will send to you via email upon shipping your order. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days from when confirming payment of your order.

Return Policy

All international orders are final. We do not accept refund, exchange or cancellation for international orders once order is shipped. Please be 100% sure of the item in advance before your purchase.

Warranty / Repair

All our products are warrantied for a period of one (1) year from the date of your purchase. Please send us an email to store@harvestcorp.jp immediately explaining the issue, along with photos for us to determine if your product qualifies under our warranty.

Only orders made through our website with valid and confirmed claims will be considered for warranty/repair. Please see guidelines below to pre-determine whether your claim will be covered.

1) Applies to the original owner only.

2) Warranty covers for materials and manufacturing defect only.

3) Does not cover misuse, loss, negligence, accidents, abrasion, damage caused by cleaning solutions/solvents, or any modifications made from its original condition

4) Does not cover general wear and tear, including but not limited to fading or degradation of colors and materials over time.

5) Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us when needed. In such case, please send the item(s) back to the following address.

6) If returned, please provide tracking information and proof of delivery upon shipment. We cannot be liable for any lost or damaged package. Please contact your courier to file claim.

All goods will deteriorate over time. The speed in which it deteriorates, however, will vary significantly depending on the usage and environment of each end user.

For this reason, we feel each item needs to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as every product will show signs of age at some point. We need to take this into consideration to assess your warranty request, as it may simply be time that your gear needs to be replaced. If so, we hope you will continue to take pride in the ownership of our bags and accessories for your next carry needs.

Customs and Duties

Please note that import duties and taxes may or may not be levied depending on your country. If charged, it is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be liable for any taxes and/or duties levied by foreign customs and will not be able to issue a refund for any abandoned package by the customer. We also cannot mark your order as “gift” or lower the value.

Shipping delays may also occur if your package is inspected by customs authority upon arrival to your country. This is beyond our control and the responsibility of your country’s postal service to contact you as needed.

Please be sure to provide a valid phone number when placing your order that they can reach you during the day time for this reason.
